Resumen:

This paper presents a hardware-efficient architecture for real-time detection of Zadoff–Chu (ZC) sequences embedded within continuous data streams. The proposed system employs a sliding-window, multi-context FFT-based correlator combined with an event-driven detection strategy. Unlike conventional synchronous approaches, the architecture operates on valid-driven events and does not require strict frame alignment. A triggered capture mechanism is also introduced to reduce data bandwidth by selectively storing relevant signal segments. The design is validated on FPGA and evaluated in terms of detection performance and hardware efficiency.
